DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

I accept Medicare B insurance. All other services are private pay and all fees are due at the time of service.

I can provide you with a superbill. This documentation allows you to submit charges for reimbursement through your insurance company.

PAYMENT

Rise Speech Therapy accepts all major credit/debit cards, HFA/FSA cards, check and cash. Ivy Pay can be easily used for safe HIPAA-compliant payments online.

I am awaiting Medicaid and other insurance enrollment.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR'S ORDER FOR AN EVALUATION?

If you are going to use insurance, you will need a doctor's order.

If you choose to be private pay, a doctor's order will NOT be needed.

WHAT PROGRAM DO YOU USE FOR ONLINE EVALUATION AND TREATMENT SESSIONS?

I use Google Meet.  It is HIPAA compliant and 100% confidential.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A 24-hour cancellation notice is requested if you need to cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for a no-show.
