Evaluation of Speech and Language for children and adults: $225, this includes a full written report with recommendations treatment goals

Dysphagia evaluation:  $225.00-includes a full written report with recommendations and treatment plan of care.

​

Speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment sessions:

15-30 minute session: $75.00

45-60 minute session: $100.00

NOTE: Depending on client's needs,  treatment plans can vary between 2-3X/week or 2-3X/month. Frequency will be determined after initial evaluation and discussion with family/caregivers.

PAYMENT

Rise Speech Therapy accepts all major credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, checks, and cash.  Ivy Pay or Square can be easily used for safe HIPPA compliant payments online.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A 24-hour cancellation notice is requested if you need to cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee of $50 will be charged for a no-show.
